Shipping, Returns or Refunds
We try our best to make a superior product as well as ship it in a timely manner, packaged to maintain the soap's shape through transit.
Currently, you have your choice of shipping methods within the U.S. As a small batch manufacturer of handmade soaps, I cannot offer steep discounts in regards to shipping. However, I do offer free shipping on certain orders approximately 4 times a year- so keep an eye out.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns
It is the customer's responsibility to read the product label and not purchase an item or discontinue use if allergies or sensitivities exist. Please contact us at email@example.com if you think there are extenuating circumstances.
We will issue a refund for damaged products. If a mistake was made with your order, we will do our best to rectify the situation: whether with a refund, new product or replacement. We believe in good communication as well as the customer being "right." This means that we will do our best to make sure you receive a quality product as well as outstanding service from Kaprik.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to process.
